PICJOY was pleased to support G2E Asia 2026 and Asian IR Expo 2026 by designing a series of essential event communication materials. These materials helped visitors easily navigate the exhibition and access conference information throughout the event.
Our design scope included:
Show Map – A comprehensive exhibition map to help visitors locate exhibitors and facilities.
G2E Asia Conference Guide – Designed for conference delegates with schedules, session information, and event details.
Asian IR Expo Conference Guide – A dedicated guidebook for the Asian IR Expo conference program.
Entrance Floor Plan Board – Large-format venue maps displayed at the exhibition entrance.
Conference Information Boards – On-site information panels presenting conference schedules and directions.
Project Highlights
For large international exhibitions, clear visual communication is essential to creating a smooth visitor experience.
Throughout this project, PICJOY designed multiple communication materials with a consistent visual style while adapting each layout to its specific purpose. From printed guidebooks to large-format information boards, every design was carefully organized to improve readability and help attendees quickly find the information they needed.
By maintaining a unified visual identity across different applications, we helped deliver a professional and well-organized event experience.
